Travel and Accomodations
While Reji Laberje Author PRograms provides all of the necessary elements for presenting the programs, it is expected that the space in which Reji presents is always provided by the host organization. Beyond the scope of the actual presentation space, the following additional fees, kept to a minimum, are required:
0 – 49 Miles from U.S. Zip Code 53186* –
NO Travel And Accomodation Fees!
50-124 Miles from U.S. Zip Code 53186 –
$100.00 per Event day to cover driving costs.
125 or more miles from U.S. Zip Code 53186 –
$300.00 per day (event days plus one for travel) to help defray costs of air travel, hotel accomodations and car rental.
When multiple organizations are holding a Reji Laberje aUthor Program, the travel fees may be split among those organizations. For example, if two schools, both more than 125 miles from Reji Laberje Author Programs home offices, are scheduled on the same day (morning and afternoon), the travel fees for that visit could be split between the two schools. It is to your benefit to partner with other organizations to hold a great program and share the burden of the travel costs.
Seminars
FOr the purpose of the write-a-book seminar and the educator’s seminar, the travel, accomodations, and presentation space must be paid in full.
